Muppet Babies

I loved Muppet Babies when I was a kid... It was one of my favorite cartoons. I'm not quite sure what secret deal George Lucas had with Jim Henson at the time, but the Star Wars footage and parodies in the MB series made for good TV.

So we waited hours on end with our 56k modems to see sweet streaming videos like this! I very distinctly recall watching this commercial in the computer science lab at Woods Cross High School.

When I went to Italy on my senior trip I relished foreign television... These were the three music videos that I remember the most. Their styles and genres seemed so exotic and progressive at the time... Maybe it was just the fact I was watching them on another continent that contributed to their impact on me...

This music video is a classic. I recall watching it on The Box. Too bad The Flys never had any other hits.
